Who we are

We are committed to honoring the legacy of Tenth Street by amplifying the voices of residents, safeguarding cultural and historic assets, and advocating for responsible growth that benefits the people who call this neighborhood home. Through collaboration with neighbors, local leaders, preservationists, and community partners, TSRO serves as both a steward of history and a catalyst for sustainable, community-led change.

Our work includes monitoring development and zoning activity, supporting residents through city processes, engaging in public works and infrastructure conversations, and promoting policies that protect long-standing communities from displacement. We also create opportunities for education, storytelling, and collective action that deepen understanding of Tenth Street’s significance and future.

At TSRO, we believe that preservation is not just about buildings—it’s about people, culture, and the right of communities to thrive in place.
